Kid's Ministry Director

Kayla Oliver

Kayla has been a dedicated member of Providence Baptist Church for nearly a decade, faithfully serving in children's ministry since 2021. With a heart for teaching kids the Word of God, she stepped into her leadership role last September, embracing the opportunity to create a nurturing space where all children can grow in their faith. Kayla is especially passionate about ministering to children with special needs, believing wholeheartedly in the truth of Psalm 139:14—that every child is fearfully and wonderfully made with a divine purpose. She and her husband, Shawn, have been married since 2014 and cherish their journey together with their son, Declan, whose unique needs have deepened her calling to ensure every child experiences God’s love and inclusion. She also has two other young children, Ben and Everly. Through her commitment to this ministry, Kayla continues to serve with joy and devotion, making a lasting impact on the next generation in Hatton.
